Alice finds a pocket watch in the kitchen that apparently belongs to her husband. She takes it out of the drawer and holds it up to her face to examine it. But as it gently swings back and forth, Alice is lulled into a hypnotic trance. When her husband finds that she’s hypnotized herself by accident, he uses this opportunity to program his wife to be just how he wants her – mindless and obedient.
